Pituffik Space Base I Survived Challenge Coin

Pituffik Space Force Base is located in Greenland and is the Department of Defense’s northernmost installation. The base is home to the 821^st Space Base Group, Support Squadron, and Security Forces Squadrons, as well as the 12^th Space Warnings Squadron. This coin celebrates the full 24 hours of sunlight and 24 hours of darkness the country experiences during certain times of year. This is represented by featuring a moon callout against black background on one side, and a sun callout against blue background on the other.
